Installations and Troubleshooting
Want to install the latest Windows operating system or office product? Having problems setting up your printer or web cam? We will install any software package or device for you. (If you are having difficulties we can assist to save time. New OS / software / hardware installation start $45 per computer or device (updates/patching extra). *Client must supply software and license
Internet Connectivity and Internet Safety
Configure your internet connection with the added security of knowing your child doesn’t reach inappropriate web sites. DSL / Cable internet installation and firewall setup starts $75
Home Networking or Virus Protection
Network all your home computers to share local resources such as files or a printer while protecting your environment from malicious viruses and potential hacking. Home network per computers starts at $65 (discount given when combining DSL / Cable installation)
Preventive Maintenance
Monthly check-up to ensure your system is running smoothly. Monthly contract $100 per month / computer (2 visits per month maximum). No hourly limit.
